Job description Last Mile Logistics Executive Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized Last Mile Logistics Executive to oversee final-mile deliveries and return-to-origin (RTO) management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other logistics platforms to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and efficient handling of returns. Key Responsibilities ✅ Last-Mile Delivery Operations: Manage and coordinate last-mile delivery processes to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment. Optimize delivery routes using Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other logistics platforms. Track real-time delivery progress and proactively resolve delays or issues. Work closely with delivery partners and 3PL providers to enhance efficiency. ✅ RTO (Return to Origin) Management: Monitor and analyze RTO rates to reduce return shipments. Identify reasons for RTO and implement strategies to minimize returns. Coordinate with delivery teams to improve address verification and customer communication. Ensure timely handling of undelivered shipments and proper inventory updates. ✅ Logistics Coordination & Reporting: Maintain records of shipments, deliveries, and RTOs for analysis and process improvement. Generate reports on delivery performance, success rates, and customer feedback. Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to streamline order processing. Resolve customer complaints related to delayed or failed deliveries. Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of experience in last-mile logistics or e-commerce delivery operations. Hands-on experience with Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other courier aggregators. Strong knowledge of RTO management and return reduction strategies. Familiarity with route optimization tools and real-time tracking solutions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple logistics partners. Preferred Experience Background in e-commerce, retail logistics, or courier services . Understanding of COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments and fraud prevention . Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics management software .
