About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive – Sales, you will be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities and driving revenue. Your primary focus will be identifying leads, pitching digital marketing solutions, and closing deals with prospective clients. This is a client-facing, target-oriented role ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, a good understanding of marketing trends, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure the right services are offered to the right clients at the right time. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your career in the fast-paced digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Content, etc.).
  • Prepare customized sales proposals and conduct product/service presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in digital marketing).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with B2B sales or agency-client sales cycles.
  • Experience working with international clients.
