Business Development Executive (E-Commerce)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with D2C brands, manufacturers, and sellers who need support scaling their presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. Your main focus will be sales—pitching our services, building relationships, and helping clients grow online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients such as brands, startups, and manufacturers who need e-commerce services (cataloging, account management, advertising, D2C setup, etc.).
• Pitch agency services (e.g., marketplace onboarding, paid ads, store management) to decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound lead generation.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored service packages and solutions.
• Close deals and onboard clients to our service ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams for seamless onboarding and execution.
• Stay updated on marketplace trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or e-commerce consulting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Prior experience in an e-commerce agency or digital marketing agency is a plus

KPIs:

• Number of leads generated and qualified
• Deals closed and revenue generated
• Conversion rate from outreach to sale

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
