Entab Infotech Team Lead – Technical Support   We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Technical Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical support professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of technical expertise. The Team Lead will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and positive work environment while driving the team to achieve performance goals.   Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technical support representatives. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the products/services supported by the technical support team. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Provide ongoing training to the team to enhance technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Customer Service: Ensure that the technical support team delivers exceptional customer service. Monitor and assess customer interactions for quality and adherence to company standards. Address customer escalations and work towards resolution. Performance Management: Set performance goals and targets for the technical support team. Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.   Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and key metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.   Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a technical support role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth technical knowledge relevant to the products/services supported. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
