Key Responsibilities Utilize data mining techniques to identify and compile a comprehensive database of schools and educational institutions. Conduct market research to gather information on schools' demographics. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Reach out to school administrators, decision-makers, and educators via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our company. Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies. Communicating with customers, making COLD calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system (ZOHO).
