Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader / Sales Manager for our Home Loan vertical. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have strong leadership skills, and be able to drive business growth through an effective team strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Officers to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
Guide and support the team in generating leads, client meetings, and loan file processing.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan disbursement.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly sales goals.
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent after-sales service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 37 years in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales (team handling experience preferred).
Strong understanding of loan products, documentation, and process flow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a passion for field sales and customer service.
Good local market knowledge and client network.
Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline).
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
