Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Property Advisors / Closers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Handle qualified leads and drive site visits, negotiations & booking closures
  • Train, motivate and monitor the team for performance improvement
  • Maintain excellent relationship with channel partners and clients
  • Drive revenue through premium client servicing & strong sales conversion
  • Ensure proper MIS reporting, follow-ups & CRM updates
  • Strategize pipelines, manage objection handling and support team in closures
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead quality & site visit enhancements

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven closing experience in Real Estate (Residential / Luxury preferred)
  • Strong Negotiation & Deal Management skills
  • Team Handling & Mentorship capability
  • Excellent Communication + Client Relationship skills
