Required Qualifications & Skills: 2 to 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales in Bangalore. Mandatory fluency in Kannada and English. Proficiency in at least one additional language: Telugu or Tamil . Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Kannada and English (mandatory) with working proficiency in Tamil or Telugu (or both) . This role requires daily fresh customer calling , continuous follow-ups, and ensuring customers visit and revisit our residential projects. Exceptional performers will earn handsome incentives tied to weekly call numbers, follow-up quality, and site-visit conversions. Key Responsibilities Make daily high-volume fresh calls to new leads generated via marketing, portals, and walk-ins. Run strong follow-up cycles to push prospects toward site visits. Achieve weekly calling quotas, follow-up targets, and site visit goals . Engage customers professionally, understand their requirements, and explain project features. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate site visits while ensuring maximum customer turnout. Influence prospects to revisit the project for deeper engagement and faster conversions. Update CRM with accurate call logs, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager for lead progress, feedback, and conversion updates.
