Job Description

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end sales for residential real estate projects, from lead generation to closure.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiation, and deal finalization.
Manage and nurture prospects through effective follow-ups and relationship-building.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead updates, campaign inputs, and customer insights.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the local real estate market, competitors, and pricing trends.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

2 to 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales
in Bangalore.
Mandatory fluency in Kannada and English.
Proficiency in at least one additional language:
Telugu or Tamil
.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers and projects with disciplined follow-up.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

Strong networking within Bangalores residential real estate ecosystem.
Experience handling mid- to high-end residential projects.
Ability to work during weekends when required (with compensatory off).
