Presales Executives and Managers

daily fresh customer calling

Key Responsibilities

  • Make

    daily high-volume fresh calls

    to new leads generated via marketing, portals, and walk-ins.
  • Run strong follow-up cycles to push prospects toward site visits.
  • Achieve

    weekly calling quotas, follow-up targets, and site visit goals

    .
  • Engage customers professionally, understand their requirements, and explain project features.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate

    site visits

    while ensuring maximum customer turnout.
  • Influence prospects to

    revisit

    the project for deeper engagement and faster conversions.
  • Update CRM with accurate call logs, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager for lead progress, feedback, and conversion updates.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity/target reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Kannada and English Mandatory.

  • Working proficiency in

    Tamil or Telugu (or both)

    .
  • 1- 6 years of experience in presales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer engagement roles.
  • Residential real estate experience is a strong advantage

    (not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to handle

    high call volumes

    and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up discipline with a focus on pushing customers toward visits.
  • Comfort working in a

    target-driven, incentive-heavy

    environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM/lead management tools is preferred.
