Job Description

As a Team Leader in this role, you have a great opportunity to lead a new team and develop them into a high-performing unit. Your experience in team leadership will be crucial as you build and support the team through growth. Managing and measuring performance, conducting employee reviews, and fostering open communication are key responsibilities in this role. You should be skilled at providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to individuals as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and facilitate the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the business - Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams, facilitate business review meetings, prepare supply projections, and drive continuous improvement of planning processes - Work closely with the Global Centre of Excellence to implement best practices and standardised processes for S&OP across regions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading S&OP functions - Proficient in digital planning tools and prior line management experience - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to resolve conflicts, foster teamwork, and challenge the status quo In this role, your commitment to continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative team culture, and coaching and mentoring team members will be critical for success. Experience with recruiting and onboarding teams would be desirable as you support the growing team in Pune.
