ROLE: Lead 12-15 agents in US Telecom inbound customer service operations. Drive performance, quality, upselling, and team growth. Manage inbound customer queries, resolve issues, and maximize revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive team KPIs (Quality, Calls, CSAT, AHT, FTR, Adherence)

Coach & develop agents in telecom customer service

Drive upselling & cross-selling | Maximize ATV

Manage inbound telecom escalations & provide L2/L3 support

Monitor daily targets & KPIs | Take corrective action

Ensure compliance with US Telecom SOPs & regulations

Lead team huddles & performance reviews

Build high-performing inbound telecom customer service team

IDEAL CANDIDATE - TELECOM EXPERIENCE MANDATORY:

3-5 years in Telecom BPO/Inbound Contact Center Operations

Mandatory: Telecom inbound customer service experience

Proven upselling/sales & revenue generation background

1+ year leadership experience (Team Lead, SME)

Bachelor's Degree (Any stream)

Fluent English communication

Comfortable with rotational shifts (US business hours)

Knowledge of US telecom customer service standards
