About The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced on-site transport team lead to run night-shift transport operations for BPO accounts across India. You will lead a small operations team, own SLA-driven dispatch and routing performance, manage vendor and client escalations, and drive continuous improvements using TMS and telematics data.Role & Responsibilities

Lead and coach the on-site night-shift transport team—supervise dispatchers, coordinators and vendor drivers to meet SLAs and safety standards.
Oversee day-to-day dispatching, route adherence and fleet utilisation; adjust resources dynamically to maintain service levels during peak night operations.
Monitor KPIs and SLA metrics (OTD, utilization, incidents); prepare nightly performance reports and present trends to operations management.
Manage client and vendor relationships—coordinate escalations, resolve incidents promptly, and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
Use TMS and telematics data to optimise routing, reduce costs and improve on-time delivery; implement corrective actions and operational playbooks.
Enforce safety, compliance and documentation standards; conduct shift handovers, audits and root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
