Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s in Finance / Commerce / Accounting or MBA with finance/risk specializationExperience: Atleast 3-4 years in credit approval, sanction, or risk operations (ideally within Project Finance or structured lending)At least 1 years leading teams of 15‑25 members in banking orNBFC credit operationsKPI'SProcessing Turnaround Time (TAT): sanction issued within X⁎ hours for standardrequestsAccuracy & Quality: credit limit upload, sanction documentation, recheckPortfolio Compliance: 100% updates of early‑warning triggers (EAD, covenant breaches, rating downgrades)Maintain dynamic credit sanction dashboards (SLA, error rates, exception trends, audit metrics).Generate weekly/monthly Reports for Senior Management: including Root‑cause analytics, quality escapes, re‑work actions, and SLA/quality trend assessments.SALARY
