POSITION TITLE: Team Leader – Sanction Team

high‑precision sanction and credit operations team


Qualifications and Experience

  • Education

    : Bachelor’s in Finance / Commerce / Accounting or MBA with finance/risk specialization
  • Experience

    : At least 3-4 years in credit approval, sanction, or risk operations (ideally within Project Finance or structured lending)
  • At least 1 years leading teams of 15‑25 members in banking orNBFC credit operations


KPI'S

  • Processing Turnaround Time (TAT)

    : sanction issued within X⁎ hours for standard requests
  • Accuracy & Quality

    : credit limit upload, sanction documentation, recheck
  • Portfolio Compliance

    : 100% updates of early‑warning triggers (EAD, covenant breaches, rating downgrades)
  • Maintain dynamic credit sanction dashboards (SLA, error rates, exception trends, audit metrics).
  • Generate weekly/monthly Reports for Senior Management: including Root‑cause analytics, quality escapes, re‑work actions, and SLA/quality trend assessments.
