Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead – Admissions to manage, mentor, and scale our admissions team. The role involves overseeing end-to-end application processing, ensuring quality, timelines, partner satisfaction, and driving performance through process optimization and leadership.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of Admission Officers
  • Allocate applications and monitor daily performance and productivity
  • Set targets, KPIs, and SLAs for application processing
  • Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance feedback

Admissions & Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end admissions for UK, Australia, and other destinations
  • Ensure timely processing of applications, offer letters, CAS/COE
  • Handle complex or high-priority student cases
  • Maintain compliance with university and country-specific regulations
  • Ensure data accuracy and documentation quality on the StudiRoute platform

Partner & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the main escalation point for B2B agents and internal teams
  • Coordinate with universities and institutional partners
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
  • Support agent onboarding and training on admission workflows

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Optimize admission workflows for speed and quality
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
  • Track daily/weekly MIS reports and admission performance metrics
  • Provide insights to management for improving conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred)
  • 4–7 years of experience in international admissions or study-abroad consultancy
  • Strong expertise in UK admissions (mandatory); Australia preferred
  • Proven experience leading or supervising an admissions team
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience working with CRMs or SaaS platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of documentation, CAS, COE, and visa processes

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B agent management
  • Exposure to multiple destinations (Canada, Ireland, Europe)
  • Ability to manage high volumes during peak intakes
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on quality and turnaround time
