Urgent hiring Team Lead for reputed multispeciality hospital at Pune.

Experience : 3+ years relevant experience required with 50+ beded multispeciality hospital is required.

Qualification : Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.

Roles & Responsibilities : The Team Leader will manage a blended team responsible for inbound business enquiries, outbound lead conversions, service support, appointment booking, and follow-ups. This role requires a strong sales mindset, team management capability, performance analysis, and process discipline. The TL will drive revenue performance, ensure high-quality service delivery, manage lead follow-up adherence, and maintain CRM accuracy across both IB & OB operations.

Required Candidate Profile : Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Business Administration, Healthcare).

# 3–6 years of Call Centre experience, with 1–2 years as a Team Leader (IB/OB/Sales).

# Strong communication & leadership skills with a sales-oriented mindset.

# Proficiency in CRM systems, Dialler tools, and Excel-based reporting.

# Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coaching ability.

# Experience in Diagnostics / Healthcare is preferred.

Salary : Rs.5-6 LPA

Notice Period : Immediate/ max 10-15 Days.
