Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SFDC and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience working with recruitment services firms is an added advantage.
