Job Description

We are looking for a skilled RPA Automation Developer with 5-9 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation development and implementation.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using RPA tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain automated workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and processes.
Conduct testing and quality assurance of automated solutions to ensure high-quality output.
Provide training and support to end-users on automated solutions and processes.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies, including programming languages such as Python or Java.
Experience with automation frameworks and platforms, such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
