Job Description

A Team Leader (TL) at a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm is expected to drive high-volume sales through aggressive target-setting and performance-linked pay. Incentives for this role are strictly tied to meeting and exceeding predefined sales goals.

  • Team Performance Management: Oversee and monitor the daily activities and performance metrics of a sales or sourcing team.
  • Developer Liaison: Coordinate regularly with developer teams to stay updated on project inventory, pricing, and specific offers.
  • Strategy Implementation: Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
  • Lead Conversion: Guide the team in converting leads into site visits and final closures, often assisting in high-value negotiations.
  • Training and Development: Mentor team members on product knowledge, sales scripts, and negotiation techniques.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:
  • Typically requires 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • At least 1 to 2 years specifically in a leadership or supervisory role is mandatory.
  • Experience in a CP firm or with high-ticket luxury sales is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel) / Google Sheets for tracking leads and performance reports.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws (like RERA), market trends, and pricing.
  • Soft Skills:
  • High-level negotiation and communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Ability to motivate team and handle team escalations.
  • Education & Other:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field is common; an MBA is often preferred for senior-level TL roles.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a two-wheeler for field visits and site tours

Key Responsibilities Checklist

  • Conduct daily morning reporting and set team targets.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team.
  • Manage and update the CRM with leads and partner activities.
  • Provide real-time market feedback to management for future projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
