Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Team Lead Sales to manage and drive a second-line sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and empowering Area Sales Managers to achieve business targets, strengthen market presence, and foster long-term client relationships within the medical devices domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve sales goals and regional growth objectives.


• Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies and go-to-market plans to expand market reach.


• Monitor sales performance through key metrics and analytics to ensure achievement of revenue targets.


• Collaborate with the team to secure and grow business with key accounts, including hospitals, distributors, and institutional clients.


• Provide actionable insights and market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.


• Drive consistent execution of sales processes and ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements.


• Facilitate regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews to foster skill development and high performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred.


• 3 5 years of overall experience in medical device sales, including 2+ years in a team leadership role (second-line management).


• Strong understanding of the medical device market, sales cycles, and distribution networks.


• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
