Team Lead - Sales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor individual and team performance against targets
• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
• To provide personalized course counselling, understand students' academic background, career goals, and interests.
• Convert student inquiries into enrolments by effectively presenting suitable programs and benefits.
• Guide potential students through the admission process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Pay: Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000/ month
