Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - Sales at Blitz Academy Pvt Ltd's location in Kochi. The Team Lead will oversee sales operations, manage and guide a team of sales professionals, and establish strategies to meet and exceed targets. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, developing action plans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also demands a hands-on approach to mentoring team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications

Strong Team Management and leadership skills
Proficient in Sales strategies with a proven ability to meet targets
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
Advanced problem-solving and Analytical Skills to assess performance and strategize improvements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with a collaborative mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
3-6 years of experience in sales,with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
