Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and coach a high-performing team of Credit Advisors to meet sales and repayment targets. Sales Execution: Monitor pitch quality, improve conversion strategies, and drive cross-selling of credit tools. Revenue Ownership: Optimize the revenue funnel, reduce lead drop-offs, and improve conversion efficiency. User Engagement: Design scripts and engagement frameworks to convert subscribed users effectively. Performance Analytics: Track and analyze metrics like contact-to-conversion ratio, AHT, agent revenue, and productivity; share daily reports with leadership. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with Product, Growth, and Finance teams to drive campaigns and resolve blockers. Compliance & Process: Ensure adherence to all compliance, SLAs, and data-handling protocols. People Development: Conduct regular performance reviews, implement incentive structures, and handle underperformance. Must-Have Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in B2C sales, with at least 1 year of team handling experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills. Fluent in Hindi (mandatory). Strong sales skills – pitching, objection handling, and conversion strategy. Experience working in target-driven environments. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in fintech or BFSI sector. B.Tech or MBA background with strong academic consistency. Experience working in EdTech or high-growth startups (e.g., Byju’s, Unacademy).
