The Opportunity
Lead the India-based Planning & Analytics team to deliver high-quality financial planning, reporting, and data-driven insights for global FP&A. This role ensures operational excellence, team development, and alignment with global processes while driving efficiency and continuous improvement through technology and automation.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of planning, reporting, and analytics outputs.
- Oversee preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for SG&A and functional cost centers.
- Guide the team in developing dashboards, reports, and actionable insights using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ensure integrity, consistency, and reliability of financial data across systems and reports.
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with global FP&A and IT teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between the India team and global FP&A leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Upskill team members on planning tools, analytics techniques, and emerging technologies (AI/ML).
- Performance Management: Monitor team KPIs, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Qualification of bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (CFA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
- Must have 8–10 years of experience with Direct Reports 3 Analysts (Planning, Analytics, Finance Data & Analytics).
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Proficiency in planning tools (SAP, TM1) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau); SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Exposure to automation and data analytics initiatives within finance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
