We’re looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Team Lead to head our digital efforts and elevate our client success stories. Key Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Display, etc.)Lead a team of digital marketing executives, content creators, and designers to deliver consistent and high-performing campaigns.Monitor performance metrics, generate analytics reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.Oversee paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms – from budgeting to execution.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to other team members.Collaborate with design, video, and development teams for integrated marketing efforts. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven leadership or team management experience.Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media strategy, and performance marketing.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.Experience in agency setup is a strong plus.Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Semrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
