Team Lead - Digital Marketing

As an experienced professional with over 10 years in digital marketing and a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, you will play a crucial role in overseeing BIG FM's digital ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include planning, strategizing, and executing various digital marketing efforts across different platforms like social media, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising campaigns. Here are the key responsibilities you will be expected to handle: - Oversee BIG FM's digital ecosystem, managing the website and 50+ branded social media pages effectively. - Strategize revenue generation through digital product monetization, sponsorship packages, and strategic partnerships while optimizing ROI. - Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering innovation, staying updated with industry trends, and managing external partnerships. - Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and agencies to drive successful campaigns and innovative growth strategies. - Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns against set goals and KPIs, providing thought leadership for adoption of emerging technologies. To excel in this role, you must meet the following key requirements: - Possess 10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably with agency experience. - Hold a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrate expert proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and digital advertising platforms. - Have a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, AI/ML applications, email marketing platforms, and web development/UX principles. - Exhibit excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented approach while staying updated with the latest online marketing trends.
