Team Lead - Digital Marketing

As a Team Leader - Marketing/ Digital Marketing at Mechpower Technology Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the marketing team. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, aligning them with business objectives, and focusing on continuous team development. You will be required to develop strategies and tactics to increase awareness about our company and drive qualified traffic to the website. This will involve deploying successful marketing campaigns and overseeing their implementation from ideation to execution. Creating valuable and engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target groups will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will build strategic relationships and partnerships with exhibitors, agencies, and vendors. Approving marketing materials such as website banners, creatives, emails, brochures, and other promotional content will also be part of your responsibilities. Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights, and assessing against goals will be crucial. You will analyze consumer behavior to adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. Collaborating with universities to promote our brand among student-run teams and leading content collection activities with videographers and photographers will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will work closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Production, HR, and IT to enhance our marketing activities and strengthen our brand nationwide. The schedule is a day shift with performance and yearly bonuses offered. The work location is in person at Ahmedabad.
