Sales Support Executive

Greetings from Circuit Systems India Pvt Ltd/PCB Power! We are currently looking to hire a Technical Sales Support Executive to provide both pre and post-sales support. As a Technical Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for offering pre-sales technical assistance, educating customers on our services and products, and providing the necessary technical and commercial support. This position requires a great command over verbal and written English communication skills. Qualification: - Any UG Graduation Experience: - 0-3 Years (Freshers are also welcome to apply) Location: - Ahmedabad (This is an in-person position at our office) Job Responsibilities: - Offer pre-sales technical assistance, services, and product education. - Provide sales support services and necessary technical and commercial back up. - Assist in marketing activities by participating in trade shows, conferences, and other events. - Generate and process new sales leads, inquiries, and purchase orders. - Respond to customer queries via emails, phone calls, and chats. - Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on product or service inquiries. - Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. - Recommend products or services that best meet customer needs. - Support customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning and online billing. - Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
