The role requires handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and recommending suitable products or services. You will be responsible for both customer support and up-selling activities, with complete training provided prior to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions through calls and chat for international clients. Understand customer requirements and deliver accurate solutions. Provide clear and professional communication at all times. Recommend relevant products/services based on customer needs. Manage up-selling and cross-selling activities appropriately. Close sales in a structured and professional manner. Ensure high-quality standards and maintain communication accuracy. Complete training modules before moving to live operations. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree (graduates only). Minimum 1 year of professional experience. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and patience. Willingness to relocate to Jaipur. Comfortable working in international shifts.
