Experience: 4-6 YearsRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and productivityPlan, prioritize, and assign design projects to team members, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions that align with brand guidelinesCreate and implement design strategies, ensuring consistency and excellence in all graphic design projectsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative ideas into design processesReview and provide constructive feedback on team members' designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and brand guidelinesCoordinate with external vendors and agencies, as needed, to support design requirementsManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesContribute to the development and improvement of design processes and workflows Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree, Graphic design course is a must6 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership roleProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout designExperience working with web and print design, including knowledge of responsive design principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teamsAttention to detail and ability to maintain high quality while meeting tight deadlinesAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentKnowledge of jewelry or luxury industry is a plus
