Role & responsibilities Creative Design : Design visually appealing and on-brand creatives for Offers deals, including banners, social media posts, Instagram Reels graphics, WhatsApp stories, and website assets. Create graphics that emphasize urgency and value, aligning with Offers action-oriented tone (e.g., Flash Sale! 50% Off – Grab Now!”). Use brand guidelines to ensure consistency and vibrancy across all designs. Develop seasonal and campaign-specific visuals (e.g., holiday sales, summer deals) that resonate with urban professionals (25–45). Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with copywriters to integrate persuasive deal copy into designs, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presentation. Collaborate with the operations team to receive vendor offer details and ensure designs accurately reflect the offer terms. Partner with the social media team to create platform-specific graphics optimized for Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels. Incorporate feedback from the operations team and vendors to finalize designs before they are uploaded to the website or shared on social platforms. Asset Management and Optimization : Design graphics that adhere to platform-specific requirements (e.g., Instagram post dimensions, WhatsApp story formats) to ensure optimal display and performance. Optimize images for fast loading on the website without compromising quality, enhancing user experience. Maintain an organized library of design assets, ensuring easy access for future campaigns and consistency in branding. Quality Assurance : Ensure all designs meet Offers’ quality standards, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. Proofread visual elements (e.g., text overlays, CTAs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with the provided copy. Conduct quality checks to confirm that final designs are visually appealing, error-free, and effective in driving user engagement. Regional Focus : Tailor designs to resonate with the cultural and regional preferences of your assigned region (East, West, North, or South), while maintaining Offers’ overarching brand identity. Incorporate regional trends, festivals, or preferences into designs (e.g., Durga Puja-themed deals for the East region) to enhance relatability and engagement. Trend Awareness and Innovation : Stay updated on graphic design trends, social media aesthetics, and digital marketing best practices to keep Offers’ visuals fresh and competitive. Experiment with new design techniques, such as motion graphics or AR filters, to enhance campaign effectiveness and user interaction. Qualifications and Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience : 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce, deals platforms, or digital marketing. Proven ability to create visually appealing designs that drive engagement and conversions. Technical Skills : Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma. Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) for creating motion graphics or short promotional videos. Understanding of digital design principles, including resolution, color theory, and typography. Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements (e.g., Instagram post sizes, WhatsApp story formats). Soft Skills : Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable and open to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.
