We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create brochures, posters, carousels, ad creatives, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, and maintain the visual brand identity of Exxelo across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
* Social media posts: static, carousel, banners
* Brochures & PDFs for Training, Recruitment, Consulting
* YouTube thumbnails and reel covers
* Ad creatives for Meta & Google campaigns
* Design story templates, highlight covers, and brand elements
* Support website and landing page designs
Brand Consistency
* Maintain colour palette, typography, and visual identity
* Develop templates for faster content production
Coordination
* Work with Content Creator to finalise visuals
* Support the Performance Marketer with ad creative variations
* Deliver designs as per the monthly calendar deadlines
Key Skills
* Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator Exxelo Business Consulting Private Limited
* Strong visual design sense
* Ability to work fast and handle multiple design requests
* Understanding of social media guidelines and formats
