We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can manage multiple client handles, ensure timely publishing, maintain brand tone, and boost engagement through strategic planning and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily posting schedules across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Maintain a content calendar for all clients, ensuring timely and consistent posting Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video editors to gather creatives and captions Handle basic tasks like posting reels, stories, and carousels through platforms like Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice for each client across platforms Monitor engagement metrics and respond to comments, messages, and mentions where applicable Track post performance and prepare basic analytics reports for internal review Stay updated on trends, reels, and platform updates to suggest new content ideas Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in social media handling or coordination, preferably in a digital agency Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and how they function Good organizational and multitasking skills Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite Excellent written and verbal communication Detail-oriented with an eye for visual presentation Preferred Skills: Experience working with design and content teams Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus Familiarity with paid post boosting or influencer coordination is a bonus Ability to work across multiple brands and industries Show more Show less
