About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, dynamic, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of brands across digital platforms — from crafting engaging content and managing day-to-day posting, to building an active community and driving meaningful conversations. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with new ideas, formats, and strategies that bring brands to life online while keeping a close eye on analytics to measure impact. If you’re passionate about storytelling, love staying ahead of social trends, and know how to turn followers into fans, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Handle company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content, reels, and posts to promote brand awareness
• Develop social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Track performance, analyze insights, and improve engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams for campaigns
• Reading analytics like a storybook
• Turning ideas into visuals that stop the scroll
• Writing captions that feel like conversations
• Building strategies that grow not just numbers, but connections

What You’ll Need

• Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube and more for our client intel
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories that align with our brand voice.
• Engage with community, respond to comments/messages, and build lasting connections
• Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize content strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
