Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Executive who can not only manage our social media presence but also become the face of the brand. If you enjoy being in front of the camera, creating engaging content, and working with influencers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Create engaging content including Reels, short videos, stories, and posts
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for brand videos, reels, and promotions
• Perform basic video editing (cuts, transitions, captions, trending audio)
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns
• Identify, approach, and negotiate with influencers for collaborations
• Coordinate with influencers for content delivery and campaign timelines
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (InShot, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video trends
• Experience in influencer marketing and influencer outreach
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
