Social Media Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for: - Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences - Designing and implementing a social media strategy to align with business goals - Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI - Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily such as original text, photos, videos, and news - Monitoring web traffic metrics - Collaborating with other teams - Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and monitoring customer reviews - Overseeing social media accounts design including Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout - Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions - Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications - Measuring the success of every social media campaign In addition to the above responsibilities, the job type is full-time with paid sick time benefits.
