Job Description

Responsibilities- Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information. Knowledge of Web and App development is a must to handle all kinds of projects. Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objective. Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Job Qualifications and Requirements- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or closely related position in this field. Learn new processes or procedures with minimal direction and guidance. Knowledgeable user in MS Office. Strong analysis and research skills Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects, with changing priorities. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and systematically. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor. Ability to interact with all levels of managers and end-users in the organization. Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment are required. Team handling skills, work experience with both domestic and international clients. Knowledge of PM tools like Jira, Asana etc. Strong sales tactics. Must have technical knowledge of Web and App development.
