About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience to support project planning, task tracking, team coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
• Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
• Communicate project updates to internal teams and clients (US-based).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify risks and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards & company processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business/IT/Management).
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Executive / PMO.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
