About the Role As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee store development projects, from renovations to new store setups, collaborating with vendors, malls, and agencies to ensure timely, high-quality execution. The role combines coordination, documentation, and on-ground management, demanding both technical and organizational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end store setup and renovation projects with internal teams and external partners. Study and analyse project drawings and BOQs for cost evaluation and accuracy. Supervise store maintenance activities and coordinate alteration works based on management directives. Handle warehouse management—oversee furniture/assets movement, proper documentation, and placement. Source and procure samples for materials such as tiles, paints, laminates, veneers, glasses, and ACP sheets. Work proficiently on AutoCAD for design, review, and project planning tasks. Role & Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, retail, or fit-out management. Strong analytical, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Prior experience in the opening of Luxury retail stores preferred.
