As a Project Coordinator (Young Professional of Sport) at ZOMONO, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, delivery, and assessment of sports programs for young individuals. You will collaborate closely with the sports development team, coaches, volunteers, and partners to ensure the provision of high-quality sports experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of sports equipment tailored for young people. - Establishing strong relationships with local schools, clubs, and community groups to advocate sports programs. - Providing administrative support to the sports development team. - Coordinating with different departments to maintain a unified approach to sports development. - Keeping abreast of industry trends and implementing best practices in sports development. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Sports Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in sports development or a related field. - Profound knowledge of sports development principles and practices. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
