Job Title: Graphic Designer Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Madurai Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to produce engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in design, layout, and visual storytelling across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, banners, brochures, advertisements, and presentations using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts based on brand guidelines and project goals Edit and retouch images to enhance visual quality using Adobe Photoshop and related software Prepare final artwork for print and digital publishing, ensuring high-quality output Utilize design and collaboration tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch for digital/UI projects Use basic video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (optional) to create engaging multimedia content Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines Maintain consistent branding across all design materials Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred) 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Sketch Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to accept feedback and make revisions accordingly Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunities for professional development Creative and collaborative work environment Flexible work hours/remote options Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
