Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI Developer to lead the front-end development efforts and manage a team of UI/UX developers. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in modern front-end technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for creating intuitive, responsive, and scalable user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:Technical Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize responsive and dynamic web user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Maintain cross-browser compatibility and ensure web accessibility standards are followed.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level UI developers.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices in front-end development.
• Collaborate with UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
• Guide the team in adopting new tools, technologies, and development methodologies.
• Manage workload distribution, project timelines, and team performance.

Process & Collaboration:

• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Contribute to improving front-end development workflows and code quality standards.
• Act as a point of contact for UI development in cross-functional project teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in one or more modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React.js.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.
• Good understanding of responsive design, web performance, and browser rendering behaviors.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
