Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to produce engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in design, layout, and visual storytelling across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, banners, brochures, advertisements, and presentations using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts based on brand guidelines and project goals
• Edit and retouch images to enhance visual quality using Adobe Photoshop and related software
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital publishing, ensuring high-quality output
• Utilize design and collaboration tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch for digital/UI projects
• Use basic video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (optional) to create engaging multimedia content
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Maintain consistent branding across all design materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to accept feedback and make revisions accordingly
