Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual design initiatives for our brand. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual skills, a refined design aesthetic, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and impactful designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute creative materials across digital, social media, web, and print.
• Lead and guide the design team to maintain consistency in brand identity and visual style.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver engaging design solutions.
• Create visual assets such as banners, infographics, UI mockups, social media creatives, brochures, and presentations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative output fresh and competitive.
• Review and provide feedback on junior designers’ work.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all creative deliverables.
• Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and printers when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
• Experience with digital design, UI/UX basics, and motion graphics is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Figma or other prototyping tools.
• Experience in brand identity design and campaign development.
• Knowledge of video editing or animation is an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
