Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
• Understand company services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM tools.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
• Follow up on leads and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for client requirements.
• Participate in product training and sales development programs.

Requirements & Skills:

• B.E / B.Tech / Post Graduate degree (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer engagement concepts.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication).
