Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at Vlookup Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with the project team, overseeing team management and leadership, allocating resources effectively, identifying potential risks and developing risk mitigation plans, establishing and enforcing project quality standards, facilitating regular project status meetings, developing and managing project budgets, and ensuring the completion of project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Coordinate with the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and maintain clear communication channels. - Oversee team members, establish clear objectives, assign tasks effectively, and offer guidance and mentorship. - Allocate resources effectively, work with resource managers to resolve constraints, and anticipate resource needs. - Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage risks throughout the project. - Establish and enforce project quality standards, conduct quality reviews, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. - Facilitate project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and distribute project documentation. - Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial constraints. - Ensure completion of project deliverables, obtain client acceptance, and conduct project post-mortems. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management. - Attention to detail, strong research and reading skills. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
