Company Description: We are a fast-growing digital marketing and branding agency working with clients across various industries including healthcare, education, hospitality, and lifestyle. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven SMO Executive to manage and optimize social media accounts for multiple clients, enhance brand visibility, and improve engagement. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily activities across our clients’ social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Optimize client social media profiles with proper branding, keywords, bios, and consistent visuals. Schedule and publish posts regularly using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar platforms. Analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and followers, and provide insights to improve performance. Monitor trends, competitor pages, and audience behavior to suggest relevant content ideas. Collaborate with designers and content writers to improve post quality and brand alignment. Implement social media best practices, including hashtag strategy, post timing, audience targeting, and visual storytelling. Support in running and optimizing boosted posts and basic ad campaigns if required. Maintain a calendar and ensure timely delivery of content for all client handles. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in social media management or SMO (preferably in an agency setting). Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithm behaviors. Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, or Buffer. Good eye for visual aesthetics, caption writing, and platform-specific tone. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet posting deadlines. Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting. Preferred Skills: Experience in basic video/reel publishing and scheduling Knowledge of Canva or other creative tools for quick edits Basic understanding of paid ads (boosted posts) Familiarity with trends and influencer marketing Show more Show less
