Job Description

 

  • Drive and achieve the sales revenue targets by managing a high performance inside/tele sales team
  • Monitor and drive the sales operations efficiently to get desired throughput.
  • Manage, coach and motivate sales executives to grow their input/output metrics and retain for long term objective.
  • Manage and administer the CRM and other tools to drive sales funnel and effective leads management.
  • Monitor team performance and maintain team MIS regularly.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and processes within the sales team.

Requirements-


  • Graduate from recognized institute.
  • The candidate should have 3-6 years experience in outbound sales.
  • Min 2+ Years of experience in managing a team of 10-15 Tele -Sales people.
  • You should have (B2C) sales Experience.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • You should have strong communication skills.
  • You should have Good leadership skills.
