Job Description

The Team Associate will support a high-performing finance or investment team by providing organizational, administrative, and operational assistance to streamline processes and maximize productivity. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills to ensure seamless operations within a fast-paced financial environment. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist team members with daily tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination. Data Management: Maintain and organize financial records, reports, and files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Project Coordination: Coordinate projects by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful project completion. Team Communication: Serve as a point of contact within the team, facilitating clear communication among team members and with other departments. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team productivity, project milestones, and financial performance metrics for review by management. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes to enhance team efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. Compliance: Assist with compliance tasks and ensure that all activities align with company and regulatory standards. Client Interaction: Assist with client onboarding and communication, ensuring clients are updated on service status, and gather feedback for service improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications. Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years in a team support or coordination role, ideally within financial services. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with financial software systems, and knowledge of CRM platforms. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate issues, proactively suggest solutions, and assist the team in resolving challenges efficiently. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well within a team environment, fostering collaboration and cooperation among team members. Preferred Qualifications: Financial Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with financial terminology, investment processes, and regulatory standards. Certifications: Relevant certifications in finance or project management (e.g., PMP, CFA) are a plus. Analytical Skills: Comfort with analyzing financial data and creating insightful reports for management.
